Conditions and restrictions for water heater installation Instant Water Heater
1- All plumbing work and mixer installations must be completed.
2- Provide certified wiring compatible with the heater’s power rating.
3- Provide a certified automatic circuit breaker compatible with the heater’s power rating.
4- Ensure there are no water pipes at the installation site; installation is at the customer’s own risk.
5- Water connections must be prepared by the customer, not the company.
6- Installation inside gypsum board is not permitted (to prevent damage to the gypsum in the event of a leak and due to maintenance/installation difficulties); installation is at the customer’s own risk.
7- Installation directly beneath a water source is not permitted; it may be installed under a sink, away from potential leak sources.
8- Not permitted. Install the heater near the gas source, maintaining a minimum distance of 100 cm between the heater and the gas source.
9- Installing 21 kW or 24 kW (3-phase) heaters using external connections is not permitted; they must be connected directly to the source. If the product is installed using external connections, the installation is done at the customer’s own risk. 10- Installing the unit upside down is not permitted; it must be installed vertically only.
