Important Note:
The customer may open the carton solely to take measurements; however, installation must be performed exclusively by a company technician.
Conditions and Restrictions for Instant Water Heater Installation:
1. All plumbing work and mixer tap installations must be completed.
2. Provide certified wiring compatible with the heater’s power rating.
3. Provide a certified circuit breaker compatible with the heater’s power rating.
4. Ensure no water pipes are located at the specific installation point; installation is at the customer’s own risk.
5. Water connections must be prepared by the customer, not the company.
6. Installation inside gypsum board is prohibited to prevent damage to the gypsum. Due to potential leakage risks and the complexity of maintenance and installation, the unit is installed at the customer’s own risk.
7- The heater must not be installed directly beneath a water source; it may be installed under a sink, provided it is away from potential leak points.
8- The heater must not be installed near a gas source (a minimum distance of 100 cm must be maintained between the heater and the gas source).
9- Installing 21kW or 24kW (3-phase) heaters using external connections is prohibited; they must be connected directly to the power source. Installation using external connections is done at the customer’s own risk. 10- Installing the unit upside down is prohibited; it must be installed vertically only.
